The Lay-Away Option

E C O Sleep Solutions, Inc. is happy to offer
lay-away.


Here are the terms:

• The lay-away option applies only to standard-sized products and cannot be used for special orders.
• Lay-away price is based on the retail price in effect at the time of initial payment.
• The customer agrees to pay at least 25% of retail price to start lay-away agreement.
• There is no time-table for making payments other than the customer agrees to finish paying for the product within six months of initial payment.
• If the customer cancels the lay-away agreement before paying 50% of the retail price, a fee of 10% of the retail price will apply.
• If the customer cancels the lay-away agreement after paying 50% or more of the retail price, a fee of 25% of the retail price will apply.
• If the customer cancels the lay-away agreement, all amounts paid toward the item will be refunded within one week, less the applicable cancellation fee as stated above.
• If the lay-away is not paid-in-full within six months of initial payment, the agreement will be considered cancelled, and refund will be processed as stated above.
• ECO Sleep Solutions, Inc. agrees to make available the product within two weeks of its being paid-in-full.
• Free delivery and set-up applies to locations within sixty miles (according to Google Maps) of ECO Sleep Solutions retail store in Eugene.
• Free shipping applies to other locations.

For those who want to spread the cost of a purchase over six months, while paying no interest, lay-away is a great option.
